Sole Practitioner
Turnersville, New Jersey

Bob graduated from Rider University in 1976. After 12 years working in business management, he graduated from the Widener School of Law in 1988 and went to work for a personal injury firm. In 1992 he established his own firm in Washington Township, New Jersey. His business background working for a national corporation, coupled with his legal experience, allows him to offer a well-rounded perspective to employers as well as employees in employment cases.

Bob has been a Lions Club member for over 25 years.  After servicing in various capacities in his local club, during 2015-2016 Bob is District Governor for District 16L.  Bob also served as Treasurer for the Lions District 16C Charitable Foundation for many years.  The Lions are a community organization serving those in need.  While the clubs function in their local community, the Lions are international in scope with Lions Clubs in 144 countries and 1.4 million members worldwide.  The Lions are best known for helping the blind and sight impaired, but they also provided $500,000 for Hurricane Sandy relief in New Jersey.

Bob was also co-chairman and founder of the Lions Flight For Sight Hot Air Balloon Festival.  After attending a balloon festival in the Adirondacks, Bob was very impressed that the local Lions Club was present at the festival along with their “food truck” serving coffee and donuts to raise money for their community projects.  Bob brought the idea back to his club in New Jersey.  The club worked together and gathered crafters, food vendors, entertainers and show cars.  The Lions Flight For Sight Hot Air Balloon Festival hosted approximately 25 hot air balloons in Deptford, New Jersey for several years providing the area with many a spectacular sight while raising money for various Lions projects.

Bob is also a member of the Washington Township Chamber of Commerce.  He served as its solicitor for 10 years and is currently solicitor for the Washington Township Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Foundation.

Professionally he is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), American Association for Justice-NJ (AAJ-NJ),  National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), National Employment Lawyers Association - New Jersey (NELA-NJ), New Jersey Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association and Gloucester County Bar Association.  Mr. Freidel has been a speaker at seminars conducted by NELA-NJ.
